Firepay - A Division Of Surefire Commerce ripoff Westmount Quebec

Firepay, a division of Surefire Commerce, Inc wrongfully froze my account;

Firepay is an online 'payment provider' similar to PayPal and several others. According to their web site, they are a 'division of Surefire Commerce, Inc. whose world headquarters are in Canada.

In September, 2005, I opened an account with Firepay that I funded with my checking account. I had no problems until the checking account was closed. I then asked Firepay to cease from trying to debit from the account, that I would be depositing via alternate means. But they said their system is totally automated and even though they were notified they were trying to get money from an invalid bank account number, they continued to do so until they had complete three attempts...racking up the fees. In the mean time they closed/disabled my firepay account and now have $2108 of mine that I cannot access.

I intend to see that this company and its owners are prosecuted to the fullest extent of U.S. and Canadian law. These acts of fraud and theft of people's money must stop. At this point legal fees are of no concern. I am suing and I will win. The FBI internet fraud unit already has their investigation under way and the IRS and Canadian government has been made aware of their fraudualent business practices. My intent is to see that U.S. employees and owners of this company are given special attention by the IRS and FBI as they have earned it. If anyone else has had a similar experience with firepay and would like to join the suit please email me.I have attorneys very anxious to move this along.
