I opened a Firepay account and made two transactions. I deposited to amounts in the same amount from my bank account into my Firepay account. I then used Firepay to use those funds.

I went to make a third deposit from my bank into Firepay and find that my account was closed claiming they could not clear the funds from my bank and that I now owe them both deposits I made plus $25 for each transaction that they could not complete.

They also claim I didn't not give them the proper bank information. Which is a total lie because I printed out my registration form before submitting it as proof all information was correct. There should be no reason the funds did not clear my bank.

They want me to pay them two transaction return fee's because they just say so?? How am I to know they even attempted to contact my bank? They have provided no proof, no documentation and my bank has no record of an attempt from them. Then they sent me an e-mail threatening to send me to collections If I don't pay them.

I've agreed to pay the two deposits I made and used via money order to clear my Firepay account but they refuse and are telling me to pay another $50 for return fee's.

DO NOT USE FIREPAY, they are a scam and rip good people off. They can send me to collections all they want. I've contacted my bank to refuse any transaction from them for six months and after the six months to renew that for another six months and to continue refusing Firepay transactions until further notice. Each six months costs me $18 and I'm willing to pay 4 times what Firepay claims I owe them out of principal.

I've also contacted all three credit agencies and filed a dispute on Firepay. All three credit agencies are aware they have fraudulently used my information and are charging me incorrectly. I now get free credit checks ( I don't know for how long) and will be checking my credit frequently to make sure Firepay has not weaseled its way into my life.

Now I'm posting this message here to warn others of Firepay. They don't care about you they just want your money.
