FireStoneAutoCareCenter Firestone Unqualified Idiot ? Or Bad Machanic? = WHAT ? Silverdale, Washington

Took my car to fire stone it was clicking so i shut down an flat bead Trucked it to Firestone to have the Engine opened up an replace what i figured to be the timing belt,. I told Firestone employee (not to try an start the motor) cause you may (damage valves!) That the belt was probably coming apart inside! well they took the car off the trailer pulled it into the shop lifted the hood looked at it for a few minutes put charging cables on the battery an continude to (try an start the motor) causing even more damage to the inside of the motor.  This is a low tolerance motor, meaning if the engine jumps time it can cause valve damage! Lexus LS 400 built 1998 sold in 1999. An I keep it looking an running Show Room in side and out.

They called me with a 1500 $ bill, an said they couldn't fix it an that it was not running right. I got their an I put it on a flat bead again an took it to Hxxxxxxx Toyota (((REDACTED))) of bremerton Wa, An when their Certified Mechanic took it apart their were parts missing inside the motor and out side the motor, O MY GOD! no wonder why it wouldn't run right, The water pump had only one bolt in it causing it to be out of aline an jumped timing, Brand New Timing belt an water pump destroyed , not to mentioin the valve damage somthing like 12 valves out of 32 nice work Firestone 3,900 $ in damages an it cost me 1500+ $ Dollars for their services WOW THANK Firestone  Totaling 5,400+$ Dollars to finaly get my timing belt fixed an several months with out my car, rentals bussed, taxi, ect,

WOW, I will never take my car to a firestone car care center again as long as i live, or my family an friends will all know, O an get this, I asked (Len Lebman) District Manager for Washington state, for help when it was down an he wouldn't do nothing for me or help in anyway, said his man couldn't have done all troughs DAMAGES end of discussion, (What a Jerk, my personal opinion.) Well now that I have proof that his mechanic didn't put it together right, I wonder if he will talk to me now?  He had better! Sincerely:(((REDACTED)))1@gmail.com
