Firmaplus, Motosan Beluminous I was told I would get a free product of firmalpls for $4.95 plus shipping but was charged over $360 Unknown, they wouldnt tell me Ca maybe

Responding to a TV ad, I  ordered a jar of Firmaplus,  facial product that was advertised for FREE with only a shipping charge of $4.95 and a Eye serum for 4.95 plus shipping charge of $5.95 on 12/31/16.   It was charged to my CC ending in 3196.

No mention was made  that I would be charged any more than the 4.95 and an additional $5.95.  When I checked my cc a month later, I found I was charged these amounts from Firmaplus, and under another company name of Motosan Beluminous:

I called complaining of the charges, and being sent another deplicate of the product and they said I was on autoship, and those were the charges for the FREE products.  I did receive the first products ordered on 12/31/16. and did receive an unrequested additional order of the two products 3 days ago, Feb. 22, 2017.

 When I called on Feb 21  to request that the auto ship  be cancelled, and to return the products they sent me, they said no.  The best they could do was refund me 25% of the purchase price, of 84.95 and 89.73, and told me to keep the product.   I said I did not want the unrequested product, the amounts refunded my cc on 2/21/17 were $21.24 and 22.43.

I also told them that I was not aware that the FREE procuct ordered on 12/31/16 was charged to my cc of the above charges.  I told them I was not told by the salesman that I would be charged the full amount of these two products.  He said that the policy was that I would be charged the full retail value of the products, and tghey were not really free, unless I returned them before my initial FREE trial time of 14 days, which was really only 7 days, as the product arrived 7 days after ordering, and the time of trial was 14 days from the time of ordering.

That 7 days hardly gives the comsumer time to try out the face cream to see if it really does make the skin smoother.  the reason I ordered the FREE products was to see if it really worked, and if it did to order again.

You can see from the dates of my cc charge, that they were prompt with charging me.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, to air my complaints and was told no.  I am presently pursuing geting help with my cc company to see if they can get my money back.

I tried to find out the companys address, tried to find their website. to not avail.

They did email me a confirmation of my 25% refund of the auto ship charge, but the receipt has no letter head, address, contact number, or name.   I called and asked for a receipt and confirmation with their letter head, and was told no.
