Firs Premier Credit Card ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota

After experiencing such a long and exhausting humiliation from this company i am wore out .... i had had a small limit on this credit card due to having to filing bankruptcy awhile ago and they promised that this would help build my credit back up.. july of 2006 my husband called to check the balance and when asked what my moms maiden name was he had went blank ok understandable they flagged my account no one contacted me until i had called to see why i could not use my card they said they needed proof of who i am and put me through 4 months of aggravation sending me letters wanting proof of ss# , verifacation of address, birth certificates and copies of ALL my bills? , why? ok well understanding why, i did that over 20 times i have sent them proof, the customer service had been extremely rude to me harrassing me . then get this they sent me another card since i have such great payments with them i laughed becouse i have not even been able to use my card now here i am with another card i called and the balance on the card is 198.00 and they want me to pay that i NEVER used that card..... i told them they can cancel out any account they have with me i am no longer interested in doing business with them , they have wore me out and i feel like this is a big scam . i hope anyone who sees this stays far away from this credit card company ... and shame on them whatever to the custome is always right they need to go back to educating themselves. and should not take advantage of anyone they should be shut down .....
