About a month back these people over charged a loan payment of mine by several hundreds of dollar. They were no help what so ever in fixing the problem so I had to get my bank involved in a Regulation E investigation.
It took over a month but I got my money returned to me.
Immediately after that I received a phone call saying I had missed several payments and that if I didn't pay $600 by Friday (only 2 days away) they would have my vehicle repossessed.

This doesn't make sense to me since I'm up to date on my payments and have ALWAYS been consistent with them.
Their CSRs are not well informed on how to do their jobs
and their so called "supervisors" are extremely rude and don't seem to have a good grip on what they're supposed to be doing either (i.e. Susan ******)
Now I'm in a position to use insurance money to pay off a loan on a car that doesn't even run right now.

you guys obviously missed the point of this
i never blamed the loan company for my problems with the car not running
in fact this ripoff report wasn't about that at all if you paid attention
its about a company that overcharges bank accounts without proper authorization
and their lack of customer respect and service.

also, as an update I have paid off this vehicle and gotten it running
but they have so far refuse to mail me the title to my car

If you have a problem with a car that is not running then it isn't First One's fault. You can't just not pay your car loan and not expect phone calls and repo letters. It is still a car loan whether the car is running or not. It is not up to First One to make sure the car is running. That is between you and the dealer.

.......that the vehicle isnt running right now. You cant just not pay what is owed because it doesnt run. The smart thing to do would be to pay the fool thing off and be done with it.....then do what you need to in order to get it running again.
