First 1 Financial I paid off a car Loan, now they refuse to Send me the Title to the Car ! They wont return my calls. Norwell Massachusetts

I bought a car from a small dealer for 7,000.
I paid 4,500 cash and still owed 2,500 so I took out an auto loan for the 2,500.
1 Month later I paid the 2,500 off, I spoke to the loan place and they said all is good, loan is paid off, they will send me the Title.
Its been 3 months. They wont return my calls when i leave messages, when i do get someone they transfer me to a "manager" as they call it, but its always a voice mail.
The manager is supposedly named Sue, if its true i left sue many messages, shes a poor excuse for a manager.

WARNING!!!!!!!Being a dealer that does business with First One Financial ,Andy Ragula,Susan Hodnett is the WORST thing you can do. The money that is set aside in reserve never gets forwarded to the dealer. I lost THOUSANDS of dollars tha were owed to me. When I closed my dealership I became what is called and an "inactive dealer". Which means that I was not sending them any more loans and I became forgotten about.WARNING FOR ANY DEALER!!!!!!! DO NOT HOOK UP WITH THIS RIPOFF COMAPANY....YOU WILL LOSE!!! You can call me if you want and I'll give you all the details. thanks Rich Tremblay 207-513-6605

I am sure you have your title by now, but if you don't then please say so. I have known Sue for a long time and she is one of the best people to work with. Very friendly and down to earth. We do not ignore customers on purpose. Please don't hesitate to call. We have no intentions of ripping anyone off.
