In 2011 me and my husband lost our home to forclosure due to him becoming very ill.  Our home was taken by the bank and sold on my birthday.  We had no knowledge it was sold until a blonde named Cynthia Sadler from Pennsylvania came knocking at our door. When we opened the door she was standing with a male companion.  They finally told me that the house was now theirs.  I cried tears because me and my husband tryed to fight for the home and were told by the banks that the only way to keep it was for me and my husband to work I was disabled as well as my husband so we were not able to work.  Cynthia seemed like the savior to our nightmare she immediately said that she would give the house back to us for 20,000 dollars on a land contract.  Our family was estatic we were now going to be able to gain our home back of 12 years not only for us but our six children.  We immediately went to a title company and paid a down payment of 1,000 dollars.  What was odd was that Cynthia was not present at the meeting the title company explained everything in the contract to us and we signed the contract in July of 2013.  What seemed to be a person heaven sent to us by God himself was finally realized as sent from Satan himself. Before the next payment was to be paid for the home Cynthia gave us a call stating that she wanted to pull out of the title company.  We asked her why and she stated they were taking to much of her money.  Instead of me and my husband realizing that this was a set-up we decided that we trusted her and went ahead and starting paying her via mail instead of the title company.  Months went by and then a year Cynthia started trying to collect more money out of us that was not in the contract.  We even started paying her taxes throught the mail and she never paid the taxes.  Me and my husband was starting to get very frustrated so several months before the contract was over we informed Cynthia that we would not pay her more money for the house then the contract stated.  She began coming to the house at night taking pictures of the house and our cars posting them on e-bay trying to sell the home.  She kept texting us telling us to get out using vulgar abusive language through text messsage.  She made our life a living ****

She finally told us that she was giving us a thirty day notice me and my husband tried to get legal help in the state of Ohio but no-one would listen to our story.  It seemed Cynthia had won.  Me and my husband decided to give up and leave the home.  But before we left we ended up going bankrupt.  Two weeks later Cynthia moved in a prostitution ring in the home. and they were quickly thrown out by the police.  She than went in the home and stripped the home to scrap everything. We left and moved on with our life and then six months later we recieved a letter stating that there will be a sheriff sell on the taxes and forclosure of the house.  Well we told them we moved out and the taxes and the house isn't ours but no-one in the county office wants to remove the land contract or us from the taxes.  We started researching a little ourselves and found that Cynthia has not only removed herself from her own company and given it to someone named Dennis Wideman but has also called the city and given them a fake tax adress who are called Direct Properties LLC in 2250 Druid Hills Rd Suite 110 in Alanta Georgia.  So we are not even recieving the tax bills but the taxes is in our name.  I have went to try and prosecute this woman and no-one wants to help.  This woman has done this to many other people I have found out and is trying to get away with it.  She needs to be exposed.
