First American Corporation Lying and Dishonest... with no resolution after 3 weeks Ripoff Van Nuys California

I called First American with the AC problem 6th of August 07. Today is 27th of August 07... still no resolution. The ordering of the part was delayed with both First American and their selected service provider All City Heating and Air COnditioning giving conflicting stories. Specially person name Roxana at All City. Every time I asked Roxana to put me thru to supervisor or owner the answer was not available. Last conversation was with Karen at First Am verified today that part was shipped 10 days ago for some mysterious reasons part has not arrived yet. No straight answers no resolution. This is a scam!
