First American Home Warranty is truely a rip off company. For four years without a late payment, finally my heat stop working, take them a week to sent technician to diagnose the problem. After they diagnose the problem, they told that it need maintenance, and told me to call other company to do the service and charge me 60$. So I called other company and they told me is not a maintenance issue. So I call First American Home Warranty, again send me another tech, got him self burned and can not find the problem, then the third one then the fourt one, take them two month to figure out the them limit switch is not working, they said it take them 2 week to get part. After 2 week they called and set up day to install part, on the day of install, they call and told us, they can not find the part is discontinue, what the f*k.. and wat me to pay 1500 for new heater, installed fee that is not cover. What the f*k, I could have it done for 1200 include part and labor. This company is rip off people. Does not cover sh*t, and wat me to cash out for 300$.

This company is a ripoff, they told me no part avalible for my heater, I find out that there is a bunch of part available, I order the part and have licence technician installed, because it cold and they take forever to come and turn out that's wasn't the problem. I call tell again they said call me back in 10 minute and guess what 2 days latter, with all the excuse BS they told me, and sent there technician 2 week latter. The guy came in with an emty hand turn on the thermostate first than light up the pillot, almost blow up the house, how stupid is that, he felt the transformer with his hand and told me that is not working, what the f*k. Than start to guessing the gas valve, and said part is discontinue and I show me the website with that part. He said will report to First American Home Byers Protection. 2 day latter they make up excuse to close my case because I install the part, what an a*hole. Any one who have First American Home Ripoff, trust me cancale it. Never ever trust this company
