I applied for a non-secured credit card limit of $300 thru the phone giving this company my atm cheching card the charge was $299. they sent me books and catalogs but no credit card. i called and cancel this package re-sent it back and they told me i got to wait at least 2 months to get the refund back of $199 because they discounted $100 of administrative fees, they never response back and phone number can not be reached.
