First Automotive Claims Corporation ot Honoring a claim Addision, Texas

I brought my vehicle to my mechanic because I was hearing some noise. The mechanic said that I need a new front differential. So had them call First Automotive talk with them about the problem. They sent out a inspector to look at my issue. I wait three days and received a call form my mechanic and he told me that they are denying the claim to lack of oil in the transfer case. 

I called and Spoke with Bradley at First Automotive and he told me the same thing, but explained that he does not think that it was my fault.  It could have been a slow leak but it was hard to determine.   I have only 9000 miles on the vehicle from when I purchased the vehicle use. I also told him that I check the fluids when I did the oil change and it was fine. To make this story short they will not pay for the claim because there was lack oil in the differential case.
