First Automotive Service Company Superior Protection service plan I purchased an extended warranty from superior protection warranty group, I tried to use the warranty on a bad intake on my 2002 Ford Taurus.I brought my car to holman ford in mt laurel, NJ I was informed that my intake was defective ( had a hole in it) .I called the Superior and they sent out a claims adjuster.The adjuster agreed with the staff from holman that the intake was defective.Superior Warranty company said that there was rust and or corrosion there and they denied my claim.I paid $ 1680.00 for my warranty which is useless.BEWARE of this company there a total RIP OFF! albuquerque nation wide

             I have a loan with credit acceptance bank and I paid for a warranty from FirstAutomotive Service Corporation (Superior Protection Plan). I have a 2yr warranty that I paid $ 1680.00 for.My car was leaking antifreeze I took it to the new car dealer and they said it had a defective intake it had a hole in it.The mechanic notified The warranty company of there findings. They sent our and Independant adjuster to check out the intake.The Adjuster also said it was defective.First Automotive Service Group called me on the phone and told me there was rust and corrosion on the intake and they would NOT cover the repair.They took my money and even though it was confirmed by the new car dealer service department and there independant adjuster there still saying there not going to cover it.TAKE IT FROM ME THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR RIP OFF!They should be ashamed of themselves ,DONT BUY FROM THEM,SCAM!!!!!!
