First Business, LLC scam, ripoff company, fake LLC company, partnered with Merchant Care another ripoff company, liars Phoenix Arizona

 I was ripped off by First Business, LLC. I was told I would be given an LLC registered for any work at home or online business, but it was preferably for Merchant Care, LLC. A company that offered small business owners a discounted rate to use their credit card machines, cutting a fraction of their monthly cost to accept credit cards. All you had to do is give Merchant Care new small owned businesses in your community or anywhere in the US if you had the leads. The only cost to me was to purchase an LLC to become my own business owner.

Jarrod, the name of the company rep., who I spoke with on several different occassions, setup the entire transaction, and asked me to make sure I give him a call when I receive my first check in the mail, he wanted to hear how exciting I would be for receiving a check in that amount. I then purchased the LLC from First Business, LLC under Means Processing Enterprises, LLC. I then received some type of Id # which would directly link the small business I refered to me as my sale once they agreed to switch to Merchant Care.

I submitted hundreds of businesses, along with their phone #'s and web addresses. The web address and phone # I was provided for Merchant Care did work for a few months. But I never received any income or revenue from Merchant Care. I then started to question the company and the LLC I received in the mail. Once I started questioning Merchant Care, I would get disconnected. I then started leaving tickets, which is an email to admin, and never received a response. When I proceeded to check First Business, LLC, I found the website to be pretty fishy.

I also went to the government website provided to me to check my business entity's record at www.azcc.gov/divisions/corporations,  which was confussing and made no sense. It was all a scam, Merchant Care, LLC and First Business, LLC. Merchant Care is not a legitimate company and First Business, LLC is lying and scamming with Merchant Care to get a quick buck. They lied about me being able to use the LLC anywhere in the US, I have to be a Arizona resident or the LLC is no good. So I was ripped off, I am now out of hundred of dollars and is asking for help to bring these crooks down and refund my money and many others they have ripped off as well.
