checking withdrwall $199.00 by platinum express card bank trans description platinum express ID58058 phne no. (800) 663-6997 and 1st capital withdraw @219.
washington mutual bank (torrance) ca. first capital did not even gave me a phone no nor their address. both credit card withdrawn Apr 2002. until today i did not hear from them. but I recieved a catalog from platinum express and a card with no strip to swipe and no phone number on te plastic card. I suspect this is tantamount as a rip-off. first capital i recieved nothing. I check platinum express phone no. is 1-800=663-6997 and 1st capital none. the description trans. said ist capital cons telephone DFHO84. I want to cancell these both and want my money back.
