FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMER CREDIT GROUP ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Ontario Canada

I received a call from a representive named Tracy Hayes that supposedly works for First Capital stating that I have been approved for 2 credit cards (visa, mastercard) with limits of $4500.

Tracy told me that I would have till June 14th to get $219 to be drafted out of my account and for security purposes she would have someone call me and verify all the information.

And sure enough another person from the same organization called back his name was Gary Ortez and he claim he was with the security department confirming the information that I gave to Tracy.

They both sounded so convincing till you call the number that they leave wich is not a toll free number and you never talk to a real person you always get a recording to keep trying to call back or you can leave a message

I called the number that showed up on my caller Id and I got a representive that told me that I would have to call the number that I was left as a customer service number.

Representive from alleged company was very rude when you call to cancel the transaction she claims you would have to call the customer service number but nobody ever calls you back

From that impression I went to my back to put a stop payment on my account where this business cant get the $219 out of my account

For anyone reading this and fell for the fraudlent scam dont be a victim I protected myself before they got me
