First Capital Consumer Group ripoff dirty liars Canada Ontario

I was contacted by a company after we had looked on the internet for competive credit card rates. We were called by FIrst Captial Consumer Group and offerd a Master Card with a $2500 limit and 9% APR and a Visa with a $2000 limit and 9%APR. It sounded great so we gave them the $199.00 they asked for. That was July. It is now October and still no cards. I ahve called over and over again to thier long distance number, with no avail. All I get is an answering machine.

When I am lucky enough to get a person I get one story after another about where my cards are. Don't be folled by these Liars. If the offer sounds to good to be true, it is. Don't be fooled by these LIARS. My only hope is that Rip off report.com can get me a refund of my money.
