in may of 2002 i received a letter for a credit card.in june of 2002 i sent the papers back.on june 21 i sent an electronic check in the amount of $199.00. over the months i called over and over and had the same response that it was in the mail.i spent over $150.00 in phone bills Nov.01.2002 and still nothing.
