I was contacted by First Capital Consumers Group doing business as US Guardian United Consumers. The purpose of the call was to sign me up for two credit cards. A visa with a credit limit of $2500 and a Mastercard with a limit of $2500. I talked to a gentlemen name Chris Johnson. I thought it was legitimate because he gave me a name and a phone number to call if I had any questions.
I tried to sign on to the WEBSITE and it did not exist. Second course of action was to try to call. I called the number given to me by "Chris Johnson" and it will only ring busy.
I got out on the internet to try to find a legitimate phone number and found that it was a scam.
I have to admit, they tried to cover all their bases..
