First Capital Consumers the business that doesn't give a dam slow prossessing rip-off scam liars ripoff took money with no results Toronto

I have bad credit and am trying to repair it so that my new wife and I can buy a house. 1st Capital called me and I bought into their promise that if I paid them $200 I would get an unsecured credit card with $2000 limit. Thinking that this would help me to rebuild my credit I agreed and gave them my bank details. The money was taken from my savings account on May 23rd, today is June 20th and I still have received NOTHING!! I called them every week to find out where my credit card was and I kept being told it would be one more week, I have been calling them every day this week and now no-one answers the phone. It cost me $1 a minute to call them, and a standard phone call seems to take about 4 minutes, just to be put through to an answering service. Where is my money and/or where is my credit card? I have a wife and 3 kids to support and although to most $200 doesn't seem like that much, but it was all that we had in savings. Matt Oceanside, California
