First Capitol Consumers Group my took 199.00 and did not send any credit cards. I called and finally got a girl named nancy so i asked her to cancel but I have not heard anymore .....

First capitol consumers contacted me with a credit card offer for $199.00. i told them ok, but only if they would do what they said. a week later they withdrew 199.00 from my checking with a promise of 2 credit cards within 10-15 business days. as of yet i have not received the cards. i did receive a package amounting to nothing today. they told me i could cancel when i got ready within a week to a week and a half.

I spoke with a girl named nancy at 416-363-3438 friday and she said the cards had been mailed out on 6-24, but she would stop them and re-submit. i ask about cancelling and getting my money back and she said I could and it would take a couple of days to put back in my account. it has not been done and when they answer the phone, they just pick it up and put it back down. i have just contacted my bank to see if they can help. No reply yet. i ask them for information on who withdrew the amount and put a freeze on them.

Is there anyway you can help me get my money back? i was trying to get a card to help my son out and i really thought they indentified themself as first capitol. this is something that i do not ordinarily do, but husband is disabled and my son needs help. can you help me? they said they were in canada, but this package came from the address above. the only numbers i have are 416-363-3438 & 416-488-4664. i spoke with a neka and a nancy.
