First Capital Consumers Group ripoff in Canada

I payed $219.00 over the phone with a check for a credit card package containing two credit cards. The problem was I didn't get what was discussed over the phone. JoAnn, rep #005, told me that I would get two credit cards totaling $4000.00 in unsecured credit cards.

And that I would be able to go to an ATM and withdraw $500.00 dollars for eight days in a row, if I wanted too. The Package I got contained info about obtaining a stored value card, which is secured.

I called them three times and left messages, but they never returned my phone calls. Plus they charges me twice causing me to get an overdraft fee of $30.00.
