This is some of the things I wrote them back in June. I feel like I bave neen schemed. You removed my money in May and now it September.
I was told that it would take 10 days, then I was told that it would take 10 business days and then I was told that it would take a month. It has been months and still I have not seen my card or anything else.
I feel like I have been told so many untrues, which includes:
(1) I was approved for a Visa from Band of America not pre-approved.
(2) I was told that it would be in the package not later.
(3) I was told of the time frame.
(4) When I call I was told someone would call me back within 30mins.
That's not what happens so I had to keep calling. I feel like I have been giving the run around. I didn't give them my money like I can go and pull it off an olive tree.
I never got the package. My contact person was a young lady name Laurie I found out that she no longer work there. Her manager was Rose.
One day after I have call a few times Rose gave me a number that she shouldn't have gave me. I called and they told me that Rose was in trouble for giving me that number it was the manager's number and only they can have or call that number. All of this happen between May & June.

PS&A is not First Capitol Consumers. PS&A is wholesale fulfillemnt company that provided or provides packaging & mailing services and a return mail drop for many companies. One of these companies WAS First Capitol Consumers which we NO LONGER do business with.
PS&A does not sell to consumers, telemarket, debit consumers checking or savings account, nor is it owned in part or whole by any telemarketing or telemarketing related companies. We suggest that if you want satisfaction (refund), you use the services of this site (RipOffReport.com) who has listed the third party banking relationship that First Capitol Consumers (FCC) used and who is willing to give consumers who feel they were scammed a refund. Note that many banks will reverse debit consumers accounts if the consumer was defrauded. See your branch manager if you feel this is a course of action for you.
