First Cash Advance Telephone harassment Washington District of Columbia

The first time they called to tell me I was pre-approved for a loan they called at 5:40 AM and when I complained about the hour and informed them it was illegal to call before 8:00 AM they told me it was legal because they were in Washington DC and it was after 8:00 AM there. They then informmed me if I didn't want calls before 8:00 AM to shut off my phone at night.

The second time they called was at 7:27 AM I again complained about the hour and was told "Tough luck. Shut your phone off at night." and  I then received six calls in a row from them all making nasty and crude sexual comments about my wife.

Now they call me at least three times every day. Yesterday I received three calls from them in a five (5) minute span.

I have records of the dates and times of the calls in my cell phone.
