*UPDATE Employee: ALWAYS READ BETWEEN THE LINES IF IT SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS!!!
This outfit is one of the one's you've been warned about. Leads coming in are a joke. Dated by months. Phone numbers are really a crap shoot.
We are Realtors in Wa. State and have been for over 18 years.
We are used to leads that can be tough to work, but this outfit is A SUPREME WASTE OF TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY. after 72 leads(?), we have nothing to show. We actually had one that we worked with, only to find that she had so much debt, she couldn't qualify.
Most of the "leads" have no accurate phone #'s and there is no prequalification asthe lead you to believe. Pick up the phone book and call randomly. You'll have more success.

Do you always fall for the okie doke? Do you always give up your checking account information or credit card without researching? Do you always sign documents without reading the fine print? Look up all the information on Rip Off Report on how many names they had and how many people they have scamed out of money. You will never get a refund or what you paid for. I guess you can say, you are s*&^ out of luck and money. You are a realtor and you know you are not surpose to pay for referrels its one of the rules and laws. You need to kick your ownself. Make sure you contact your bank because if you have not read the fine print they will keep withdrawing out of your account until you cancell. Call your bank and put a stop to them accessing your account because they will continue until they get the money.
