David Young, President/Co-Founder of First Class Marketing, Inc. claims to specialize in providing qualilty mortgage data lists, mailing services, and business data lists to be used for mass marketing campaigns.

On March 3rd, 2009 I agreed to purchase a mortgage data list consisting of 10,363 homeowner names, in an effort to help these customers refinance for a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. Mr. Young's company was supposed to provide the entire list of names, an accompanying mail piece, and complete the order by mailing a letter to each of the homeowners on the list. The total cost for these items/services was $6,000.

To date, Mr. Young refuses to produce a single piece of evidence to support my order was ever fulfilled or mailed to the list of homeowners. In fact, Mr. Young now avoids all phone calls and emails. I've demanded a refund, but of course haven't received any communication in return.

I've filed a formal complaint with the Nevada Secretary of State and am in the process of filing a complaint with the US District Attorney.
