First Coast Fencing LLC / Michael Cummings / Breck Crocker / SAFEGUARD FENCING LLC / CON ARTIST/ LIAR / UNETHICAL / UNRESPECTFUL Jacksonville, Florida

I live in the Jacksonville area and hired Safeguard Fencing in June 2009 to put up a fence for us.  We gave Michael Cummings a check for $2,460 this is half the cost of the fence he was to start building the fence the next day.  Everyday I would call him to find out when he would be here to install my fence and he went as far as telling me he had a death in his family and it would be a couple more days.  After calling him several times he said he was on his way, I missed 3 days of work due to he was on his way 1 hour away from my home.  He never made it.

I filed a report with the county and went to small claims court he did not show up.  We went to court a 2nd time with a witness who had used Safeguard Fencing, again Michael Cummings was a no show.  At this time we were given the papers to file a Judgment on Michael Cummings.  A judgment is great but we cannot get blood out of a stone.  We had visited his office several times and had been told he was out of business. 

At the time I was dealing with him he had no sales rep he was doing the sales on his own.  I tried every possible way to get a hold of him fax, email, cell phone and he would not return my calls.  From seeing the reports that have been filed I find it very sad that he is still doing this and making a living out of ripping hard working people who like to put up a fence for the safety of their pets or children. 

I will not give up by continuing to track him down, filing reports until he is off the street a person of this caliber has no business being in the street. 

Do not do business with Michael Cummings, he is a dangerous con-artist that belows behind bars.  He is making a living from hardworking people, with today's economy we all have to work twice as hard to make living and its very upsetting to see Michael Cummings taking the easy way out.
