First Command is the WORST financial and insurance advisor in the World. Stay away from them. Bellevue Nebraska

We were told to use these people in Bellevue, Nebraska as our financial advisors by the corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas. First Command, formerly known as USPA/IRA is the WORST financial and insurance advisor that you can do business with. They charge you 50% to do business with them for the first year, and upwards to 10% after that. They also will NOT change your address when you write them letters and call their bank and insurance company to have them do so... Which means you don't get any statements to verify all charges are accurate to make appropriate changes. When you tell them that you haven't received any statements so that you may look over it, they STILL won't send it to you. They call you a liar and screw up more of your accounts. You know the drill. ALSO - they call and call and call to have you make payments to their worthless mutual funds KNOWING VERY WELL that you haven't been receiving your statements, because they are too lazy to send them to you. They block your online access, so you can't get any online statements, either. Their non-par whole lfe insurance is worthless...you have to pay them every month forever, or they'll cancel you when you need it the most. They appear to hate the military and military families. They are horrible financial and insurance advisors. Warning --- Do Not do business with unprofessional and unethical First Command.
