I have gotten rewpeated calls from a collection agency telling me that I owe $882.00 in credit card purchases. I know that I do not owe this. Someone else may have charged it.

I asked them to give me a statement of what was charged, when and where and they refuse to. They called me tonight abd kept me on the phone almost 30 minutes telling me that they were entering a law suit against me. What can I do?
