I was charged an annual fee on 10/1/02. The account was paid in full and closed on 10/6/02. I put in a request to have the $69.00 annual fee credited back to my account and they refused!! The annual fee covers the account from 10/2 through 9/03..This company is a fraud avoid at all cost!!!
