Recently we got a report of late debt unpaid we did not know of. The collection agency is Midland Credit MGMT. It says the original creditor is First Consumer National Bank. But upon calling today and checking out the 1st consumer national bank website which lists it credit card affiliate as CapitalOne its starting to look like CapitalOne is getting rich by fleecing its consumers with holding accounts open. Changing dates by re-routing the debts through different debt management companies without even having a judgement from a court of law to collect. They started with a $300 credit card limit.

Forget to tell you about all the fees that go with the credit card limit which actually makes it more like a $100 card. It has a limit of $300 which they break and allow you to go over thinking you actually have $300. After they have you in the over the limit and late fees and all and you can't catch up they call you 1st. Try to make rediculous arrangements. You try but fail because they keep changing the rules. They send your debt to collection agencies like NCOFinancial which harrass's you daily and sometimes calls you a thief and other various stronghold tactics to try and get you to commit to another deal. Once their style fails they send it too Northfield group. Now Midland Credit MGMT. I forget how many others. Were 7 years down the road on this now. Not possible to pay off on their terms. But each company seems to be a subsidiary of CapitalOne.

Its my understanding any company must 1st obtain a legal judgement in a court of law before and abide by the judges descision. What I don't understand is CapitalOne is breaking all the rules. Their getting rich off it. Yet not legal companies including the FTC even seems to care enough about the consumer to protect their rights which is being violated. All I can do is post this and hope all those reading who have CapitalOne never make a mistake and are perfect with CapitalOne or your screwed for life. They break every rule and most people honestly try to catch up but can't. Their fraudently mislead with the card to begin with.
