First Credit Of America, My Perfect Credit, ClearCredit Internet Scam, Possible Fraud, ripoff, Harassment, Failure to Identify Self, Rude and Unreasonable Ripoff Chicago Illinois, California, Nevada, and more

First Credit of America/My Perfect Credit/Clear Credit I believe is an Internet Scam. First Credit of America claims to be a Collection Agency for My Perfect Credit which I was told Clear Credit has bought.

I did sign up for My Perfect Credit which billed my Credit Card, I eventually cancelled the Service (I do not think they performed any service).

Now, I get several calls from First Credit of America and their automated system, to pay a bill that I do not owe! First Credit of America claims to be a "Collection Agency". It seems like My Perfect Credit wants $59.95 for cancellation of service ???

First Credit of America reps are very rude, demanding and change their story every time they call (at all hours)!

They want $59.95 over the phone, by Credit Card $5.00 more or Checking Account information $15.00 more!

I told First Credit of America that I dispute this billing (I never received a bill from My Perfect Credit or First Credit of America). They said that I could not dispute this!!!! I asked First Credit of America to send me a bill, the response was "we are a Collection Agency and do not do that" !

This certainly does not seem right. I phoned My Perfect Credit and got a recording to contact First Credit of America.

Well, I cannot get answers from First Credit of America or My Perfect Credit. If I owe a bill I pay it ! If I DO NOT I will not!

This site was my first stop.... I will report this to the FCC,FTC and the Attorney General Office of this State to get answers.
