I was looking for a credit card service company that would open a short term seasonal account. Sean McEvoy presented a reasonable agreement via the internet
for Cardservice International. He told me that the agreement could be canceled at any time at no charge, or if I preferred it could be suspended and restarted at will.
He went over the charge for a terminal and the transaction fees.
AS PRESENTED in met my needs. Too bad it was BAIT AND SWITCH. First Data and Cardservices International and Wells Fargo Bank present a contract with a 3 YEAR TERM. I had to close my account to stop the rip off. Now they are hounding me for a $1050. early termination fee.
How can these thieves get away with this?
