I just received the September Statement for my credit card processing merchant account. CardService has added an annual charge of $119.75 for "Annual Compliance SVC Fee". This a new charge that was not disclosed in my original Merchant Account agreement. I have had this account for about 4 years.

This seems like an underhanded tactic to extract additional revenue from its account holders.
