On September 30, 2009 a credit card transaction for $495. was processed through the terminal at my dayspa. A receipt printed out just like every other time, the customer signed it, etc. The transaction is also listed on the daily Audit Report printout.

On Friday I found out that the transaction was not listed in the automated breakdown of my account for that day. I called Customer Service and was told that there was a problem with their system during a certain time-frame on September 30.

Certain transactions made during that time-frame were "locked up" in the system's mailbox and they did not know how to get them out. a "team" was working on the problem and I would receive a call when it was fixed. The representative also said that because it was late on Friday that I might not get a call that day.

What??? Were they not going to have their "team" work around the clock and on the weekend to figure out what happened and get our money to us? Those funds should have already been deposited into my checking account on Friday - now I would have to wait until Tuesday to receive my money - that is, if the "team" fixed the problem Friday.

On Monday, October 5th I phoned Customer Service again and was told that the problem was not fixed - call back in the afternoon. I called later and was told that I should just wait it out and not to run the transaction again.

Tuesday, October 6th - told that they fixed the problem and I would receive the funds in 2 days.

Wednesday, October 7th - told that I should not have been told that it was fixed because it wasn't. Only the debit transactions were released and they were still working on the credit transactions. But they should have the funds in my bank at 12:01 am on October 8th.

Thursday, October 8th - 8 am and still no deposit. Phoned Customer Service and was told that only the debit and food stamp transactions were fixed, still nothing on the credit transactions - she didn't know why anyone would tell me a certain time I would receive the funds. Asked for her supervisor, she could not help at all. Just keep calling back, they have no idea when or if the funds will be released.
