First Data Global Leasing - Merchant Services THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING and TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF! NO Customer Service NO HONESTY NO HELP. Denver Colorado

I opened a new business in 08. Went with First Data Global Leasing on the recommendation of my bank Westconsin Credit Union.

After the first deductions were taken out of my account,I discovered they were way higher than they said they would be.

I called First Data and complained and all they said was that it was my problem I signed the contract and can't get out of it. I explained what the sales rep said to me on what my charges would be and not having to worry about nothing she would take care of it.

That's all they said was to bad they can't go after the sales reps and it was my problem.

So I called my bank and complained about the represenitive that they were using and said that something needed to be done.

I get a call from the President of the bank he then talked to the sales rep. and the Sales rep then in return called me and said that the bank was going to buy out my contract and I was free and clear of any responsiblities of my contract.

They still took money out of my account and I called them up to find out why. I was told the bank CHANGED THEIR mind and I was still accountable for my contract!

That was 2mths ago!!! I have been trying to call and have somebody do something about this Sales Rep and the bank to make them stick to their agreement. ALL I get is transfered to to several different numbers saying that they are ones who can help me and NO HELP!!!

I had to pay them off over $2000.00 or the would send me to collections because it was MY problem NOT THEIRS!

I'm hoping someone out there can help me get my money back and make them accountable for their actions! I have talked to a Lawyer but I cannot afford the fee's it would to take to fight this company and the Bank.
