I have also been sucked in with this mystery company and they seem to be in bed with Tele-Check. As far as I can find out they are the same company, but no one has any numbers to talk to anyone. The company as far as I can tell has no home office. And it has no one that has any info on anything about my account. I sold my business and had my equipment transferred to the new owner, we paid the transfer fees etc. and I closed my account.

Now First Data is treathening to sue me for not honoring my contract. The people at Tele Check tell me I owe no one and that there cannot be 2 contracts on the same equipment. But no matter what I do I can find no one who can or will work with me, those I do contact are very rude and just demand money.

The people at Tele Check say that First Data is a division of them, so the same company, but can not seem to get me any releif. If this effects my credit I am going to be very unhappy but can't even find anyone to sue. Can some one help me with a contact number of someone higher than the idiots I have been talking to.

This is by far the most decietful company I have ever dealt with, and there have been a few in my 30 years in business. They have stung me good so be very aware, for you may being dealing with them and not even know it. If you are leasing credit card equipment from any company that First Data imprinted anywhere even as a background on a business card, you may have made a non-transferable lease agreement that you are not aware of. These salesmen for numerous credit card co's make a deal with you and then sign you up by forging your name to this lease with First Data and trust me you will not like it.
I am now open however to going on the attack with them, so if you are having a problem with First Data or have had contact me and maybe we can help each other, I am having the Okla Attorney General investigate them, I doubt that this will lead to little more than just hasseling them a little but hey did me a lot. I think part of getting to these companies like this is harass them as much or than they do you. I am also starting the lawsuit aganst the salesman for misrepresentation, even First Data admitted that he did that, but did not care that I had been lied to. Watch out for a company that works with First Data called Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau, they work together to intimidate, and do it well. They work this scam from top to bottom extremely well, and some day they will get slammed on this, however they have figured out how to get around the law and have no ethics at all.
Extreme Warning First Data and any company associated with them.

It seems that this is never ending, I am very tired of fighting this. I swear I did exactly what I was told to do and have paid all fees and still am being treated like a deadbeat, and cannot talk to a service rep with First Data. Telecheck tells me that I do not owe anything but I keep being harassed by First data and now each time I am contacted it is another amount. They cannot even keep their own story straight.

I would appreciate any help that anyone else who has been caught in this scam could offer, or is there an attorney out there willing to take them on, I really can't afford to pay the atty fee, however they could have 100% of what ever they get just to get them off my back, I just want to be retired, not constantly hounded for something I did not do.
