Has anyone had website firstequitycard.com post date the check on a friday when are paying before the cut off time of 3 pm to Monday, and then lose it, then asking you for the confirmation #, to prove it?
Is it normal to not have a link to pending payments? I think this is suspious. I have been doing this for years, so I find it unusual that this happened. On other cc (ie Discover) sites they not only have the history of payment, but also the pending ones too.
Has anyone noticed that there due date is moving forward over the last 6 monthes on your statements?
Then my credit is shut off and when I call to ask why I get "It is under Corporate Review" and she has no idea why? This makes me scared I think I need to cancel the card right away. We are a good customer and are not carring a balance on our 14K card. It always has been an alright card, except for all the cut off date being so early in the day, and suspious misssing payment. This has all taken place in the last 45 days. I feel that I am dealing with some shady people now.
