First Family Credit Counceling Ripped off bigtime Coral Springs Florida

I have been with first family credit since 2005. I should have known better because of the big hurricane fiasco. They do pretty good for a couple of months and then they seen to forget to make my payments, however they do not forget to collect my payments from my checking account.

I paid 575.00 up front which I will probably not ever see again. I recently got a statement from one of my accounts stating they haven't received a payment since May and this is August. I have tried calling but never can get anyone and no one will return my calls.

Today I received a call from my debtor stating that 2 of my 3 accounts have been dropped from the program and now they are demanding payment.

I would love to hear from an attorney or anyone willing to enter into a class action law suit to get these people shut down. I am going to talk to my attorney next week. I am in the hole to these people for over 2000.00 at this point, but there will be no more taken out of my checking account. Anyone that would like to join me in shutting down this bunch please contact me.
