I signed up with First Financial Security as a life insurance agent to generate some additional income to support my family. During my years in First Financial Security, I along with many other agents wrote numerous policies and were promised that we would be paid first year commission and renewal income for the life of the policy.

When I resigned in May of 2014, First Financial Security refused to pay me MY FIRST YEAR COMMISSIONS for all the policies that I have JUST written and delivered prior to my resignation. All of my RENEWAL COMMISSIONS were also STOPPED, in contradiction to what I've been told directly from the Vice President of sales and other executives at First Financial Security.

 First Financial Security owes me thousands of dollars and they have the audacity to send me to a collection agency for a few hundreds in chargebacks. They refuse to properly inform the collection agency on the amount of money that they owe me, and only mention the small chargebacks.

 I would never bring to this to the attention of Ripoff Report if it only happened to me, but FIRST FINANCIAL SECURITY IS WITHOLDING COMMISSIONS FROM HUNDREDS OF OTHER AGENTS WHO HAVE ALSO RESIGNED! We are now a part of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against First Financial Security.
