First Financial USA Contracted company for merchant service Medina, Minnesota

Our company contracted with one of their Colorado reps for merchant processing.  We made application, were approved, and then the rep asked for my wireless terminal.  The purpose in giving this unit to them was so that it could be reprogrammed with their internal processing information.

The unit ended up being damaged in the process.  Over the next 12 weeks, we have been forced to pay a lease on this damaged unit, plus FFU's merchant processing fees.  So far, this totals over $350 dollars with no end in sight.

The company rep (Lyndsey) has been notified numerous times by email and phone.  She appears to want to hide out or avoid responsibility.  As a short term solution, they sent me one of the old style processors (hard copy).  After complaining about this, they ended up send me a land line terminal that can only be used with land lines not digital lines.

The company has been notified numerous times via Lyndsey but does not return my emails or calls.  We are still stuck with our lease, the broken unit (and it was broken by them; it was fully operable when given to their CO rep, John).  They have made no offer to repair or to provide any compensation for the 12+ weeks we have been obligated to them.
