First Fold SEO & Account Rep / Salesman Jerry Obermoller was contracted to perform a SEO service for my company website. Prior to signing a contract and paying an up front fee in the amount of $ 1495 I requested they review my website and tell me if they can perform their services without me purchasing another website. I paid the $1490 up front setup charge and 6 weeks later only after I requested a report to show their performance and traffic, I was informed that our website or IDX needs replacing. In 5 to 6 weeks they have produced no traffic. The alleged owner & Engineer of Cognitive Semantic Structuring SEO is Oliver Hoffmann. Owner Client Communication Doesn't Exist! I have called this company direct more than 12 times and exhausted email after email. The only person that ever calls or emails me back is Jerry Obermoller. Each time he is full of excuses as to why Oliver cannot call me back and why I have no additional traffic.

If you are looking for a company that will communicate with you about your concerns and issues, this is not the company your looking for. Their customer service is terrible. They will not refund 1 dollar. I suggest you ask for references and call every last one.
