First Franklin Loan Services, And Home Loan Services First Franklin Loan Services Bankruptcy Department should be FIRED!!! POOR SERVICE! Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

First Franklin Loan Services Bankruptcy Dept. took funds out of my personal account which was an error on their part. At one time it was the correct procedure, but when I went into bankruptcy the payment procedures changed. However, First Franklin failed to make the necessary changes to keep something like this from happening!

It is now the 6th business day and my personal account is still negative funds and with fees! I have immediately faxed all requested documents they have asked me for and all I keep getting is the run around each time! It seems to me that their is a lack of understanding of the customer needs and lack of responsibility to do their job. I explained to them several times since day 1 that I have two children and that I needed my money returned for groceries and gas. These people do not care!

I have spoken to 3 employees in the Bankruptcy Dept., Mr. Martin, Mr. Ioli, and Mr. Stockey and left a message for anonther employee Ms. Kinnee(never returned my phone call). This is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. The lack of effort to resolve the situation quickly is very much expressed through the conversations I have had with these men at this company! I wish I did not have a loan with this company.

Two days ago my bankruptcy attorney told me that the money should've been returned. NOT! This situation should not have had to go this far, but when there is a lack of taking care of the customer then what else is there to do!
