FIRST FRANKLIN LOAN SERVICES,HOME LOAN SERVICES AMAZING!!! PROVEN FRADULENT APPRAISAL AND FIRST FRANKLIN STILL WONT BUDGE PITTSBURG Pennsylvania

I purchased my home in the boom of 2006. At the time I was living in West Virginia and hired a mortgage broker, SECO Mortgage Co of Spring Hill, FL, to do all the foot work for me. Everything went as planned, me and my boyfriend closed on the house in Dec 2006.

In May of 2007, me and my boyfriend seperated and I attempted to obtain my own financing. I was approved. The appraisor came to appraise my home and found that the sq footage was inaccurate. So, I pulled out all the paperwork from closing and looked at the original appraisal. What I found made me sick to my stomach. The appraisor added 600 sq ft to my home and changed my floor plan.

Of course, my home value was less and I did not get the loan. Since the original appraisal, I have remodeled the home. New kitchen, 2 baths, landscaping, new A/C, flooring. I have spent over 30,000 in inprovements and have done all the work myself and my home is still way under value.
I have contacted my county ascessor and insurance company which have adjusted for the mistake. I have notified First Franklin on numerous occasions, sent letters, sent both appraisals. They will not budge.

Not only was I entered into a sub-prime loan but I have a proven fradulent appraisal. I attempted to contact the original appraisor, Jose Pagan, but he is no longer in business and has had his license revoked. I also attempted to contact the mortgage broker, their advice was "let the house go".

I was served in March, my house in in the foreclosure process. I hired a modification company, Home Protection Alliance in January and still have no resolution. I am very distraught and am in fear of loosing my home.

You hear everyday about homeowners getting a break and avoing foreclousre. Who is helping them? My mortgage company only wants to provide a bandaid. Someone should be held accountable for this. I should not be the one left holding the bag!!
