I am on the Do not Call GOV list yet Tom Sims called under Credit Services promising to lower my interest rates on 3 of my major credit cards. The fee for this service $1299.00 after I was enrolled and guaranteed to save at least $3k.
They charged my credit card immediately even before I was enrolled in any program. I was to set up an account for their supposed affiliated company The Consumer Law Group to draft out a monthly payment. In the meantime I started researching this guy and found out he was nothing more than a telemarketer. The website does not show any of these services, but offers Software Solutions. I also phoned the Headquarters for The Consumer Law Group and they've never heard of him or his Companies/s. He is a scam artist. I did finally get in touch with him and he had all kinds of excuses and told me what a good Southern born person he is and that I could trust him. I did all I could to verify the some >8 phone numbers I have...none of which are traceable. Even down to the charge on my credit card listed as MAKFINSOL with yet another phone number of which is an answering machine.
I have filed a complaint with the Gov do not call registry on each and everyone of these phone lines. I also filed a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services on his telemarketing license TP24248 (IF that is even legitimate), reported him to The Consumer Law Group, and my credit card company. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY OF THESE NUMBERS AND REPORT HIM IF YOUR ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AS I HAVE DONE. His Cell number is (407) 431-2509, other numbers are:
888-819-0008, 866-796-0290, 727-808-8604, 407-895-0685, 253-363-9001,407-895-0693, 407-431-2509....just to name a few!

Mrs faldrowicz was NOT contacted by me. (tom sims). Her call was transfered to me because she was interested in getting some relief for the credit card debt and medical bills she had acquired. We spoke at length on the phone to find a solution that best fit her lifestyle. We did indeed find a program that worked for her, and to assure her I was here to help, I gave her my personal cell # because I related well to the situation that she is in. I have only given that # to three other clients since I started in this business 8 years ago. She was able to contact me any time day or night and she took FULL advantage of that. As far as the client not being able to contact my office, on 1/18/10 @ 9am our phone lines were undergoing a service update. Because she could not get through, she called my cell and I explained the situation. I did indeed contact her from an office line within the hour and let her know that paperwork from my office and the law office were on the way. (this is only 2 days after enrolling in our program) I ,out of respect for Mrs Faldrowicz, will not state the nature of her finances or the program she enrolled in. We did 4 different recordings in which she stated in each one that she understood the charge for our services. I will say that her program aleviated over 11,000.00 of her debt. As far as my so called "ficticious" license #, mrs Faldrowicz was indeed able to log on to the Florida website and not only verify that I am indeed licensed, but also my entire history in the business. That is what we are, A BUSINESS. If we were scamming anyone, they would not be able to contact ANYBODY once the charge had been made. I take great pride in the sevice that I offer my clients, and I dont appreciate being slandered by a paranoid person that came to me for help and then denounces eveything I achieved for her. Thanks to Mrs Faldrowicz I will now have to change my personal # and seriously rethink giving clients that need it, that personal touch which is so important.
