January 27, 2015 I fell over a mess left by Magic Brush paint co. on my front porch. Broke my arm, damaged shoulder, knee, hip, head and nose. Lay on front porch in freezing cold for 4 hrs unconscious. Spent 5 hours in hospital for tests and xrays. All this has left me with problems balancing and arthritis in all these joints.

FICOH paid some medical bills but I am still suffering. Their agent, Rodney Chang, who was pretending to handle this, has retired and nobody at that co. has done anything since. The new person presumably is Steven Kim who said he would study my file but has not. I have sent them reports from hospital, physical rehab, orthopedic surgeon, xrays, and photos.

I have had to hire people to do my housework and errands for me. I have to hang onto furniture and walls so I don't fall. Rehab has told me to get a bath chair, grab bars, a cane and a life alert system. I am on fixed income and cannot afford these things.

Since FICOH has ignored me for a year and 9 months, it is way past time for them to reimburse me. I want $100,000 for my pain, suffering and limitations. This is a terrible insurance company!
