I ordered a Doctorate of Ministry online from FICOTW for a payment of $100 American dollars on April 11, 2009 and did not recieve it.
The website said wait for 30 days or 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It is now July 9, 2009 and I have not recieved it.
I have emailed the webrev--David Ford, everyday for the last month and have not recieved any email back.
I have filed a report or complaint with PayPal and IC3.gov. I have called his office only to find the phone out of service.
I went to the website and joined their bulletin board to learn if other people had problems. I found out that they have. I have also been locked out of the bulletin board.

SHADY AND TO USE GOD'S NAME IS WRONG
AUTHOR: VICTIM - (USA)

I recently made the mistake to trust this church and order nearly 300 in goods. I been waiting for months now and no answer until I filed a complaint with paypal. The email I got said he was going through some troubles. I understand that but if you busy then why you taking money still. The whole thing is sad and I dont even want to be ordianed with the group, I even offered him to keep the money and just send a receipt for a donation.
This place is shady and to take money and not keep your promise then its wrong. I will not take ordination from this place, way too many questions and way too shady for me. The devil sometimes comes in the form of light, is this church the false light, we shall see.

This Non profit was closed down by the state of Georgia back in 2010 for failing to file paperwork for 2 years. Yet Rev David M Ford has maintained his website up to 2012. He has also accepted $250 from me with the understanding he would provide for me documentation which he has failed to do. I have attempted to contact him by email, phone and USPS Certified mail but all attempts have failed. I believe this constitutes intent to defraud and will be seeking a solution with the Georgia Attorney General.

You Dared to Question The Great and Powerful Oz

You got locked out of his bulletin board, sir, because you dared to question the practices of the great "Reverend" Ford. I know of at least 4 people that have been locked out and banned, and there are probably many more, just because they dared to question Ford's practices.
This guy is the worst kind of scam artist, preying on our desire to serve God and people we think might be in need of God's love. He sees this as only a way to milk more money from the ever-agreeing "bobble heads" that frequent his site.
Now he says he wants to make his bulletin board private, only to be viewed by the faithful. If he were really on the "up and up" he would keep everything out in the open for all to see, but he isn't, so now he has to hide like a rat in his lair.
Be thankful you only lost what you did. If I were you I would contact the FBI. This is nothing more than Interstate Wire Fraud, and that should put it under the purview of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Good Luck, Brother!
