First Life Aka Dominion Financial ripoff rebuild your credit, HUH!! Try take your money and run. Champlain New York

I too received a call from Dominion Financial aka First Life. I was very hesitant about it but figured what would it hurt seeing my husband and I were taking a trip w/our 2 kids before he went to Iraq. I thought we could use this so called credit card for gas money.

Boy was i wrong. I had called to cancel my order but was told by a very rude rep that it was too late and there was nothing that could be done. My husband came home from a month training and almost lost it because of what I did.

Well they debited our account $299.95 on 15 Nov.04 and are claiming now that they will not refund our money because of the 3rd party verification. I should have known by that it was a rip-off.

My husband called them today on his lunch, demanding to speak to a CEO or someone higher and they laughed at him. It took him over 1 hour just to get a PO Box from this rep.

We are going to consult JAG in this matter with the hopes of not only getting our money back but also to put them out of business. They have messed with the wrong people at the wrong time of year. What do i tell my kids now that part of there Christmas is gone because of this so called company.

If anyone has any advise I would love to hear what you have to say and for the one's that have gotten there money back, please let me know how and what you did to get it. Thanks for reading this and remember to always listen to your gutt. I wish i did.
