First National Bank of Marin Sells Closed accounts with false Balances to Illegal Debt Collecters then sells company to Credit One Bank which also attempts collections and sells same accounts to illegal Debt Collectors with false balances. fails to submit legal and Correct information to Credit Bureaus. in all total same 2 accounts have been dozen times to different place and the one account was never in my name .has been is also included in these sales Debt Collect Cach llc , Cacv llc, Bronson & Migliaccio llc , Penagroup Financial llc, Finacial Recovery Services ,Law offices of Sam Streeter Pllc , Credit One Bank , Hudson & Keyes , Portfolio Recovery , ER Solutions , Ferrey & Nicholas , P Scott Lowery P. C .
Most recent attempts to Collect through Attorneys hired by cach,llc Appothaker & Associates , P . C on court papers filed Nov. 3rd 2008 was just dismissed by them with out Prejuduce due to request for dispute and validation request. We are fully ecpecting them to sell it to one of the other again of another !
and letters on the other account dated Jan 19th, 2009 Now stated That the one account is ownened By Midland Funding LLC/Bank Marin with representing Attorneys Burton Neil & Associates ,PC
I believe this should definately Prove Harrassments and illegal attempts repeatedly and Yes We still have letters from all these places !

I received a call from Ms. Foster, Office of the Vice President of Credit One Bank
1-800-749-4900 (got her on the phone instantly)
If enough people called this number and complained to Ms. Foster or anyone else at this company about the nature in which they conduct their racket of unprofessional business practices, perhaps we could all get them to STOP!!
They have an "F" credit with the BBB, break FCRA rules, and have harassed the living crap out of me as well. I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
They refuse to stop calling me from 1-866-372-2508
