First National Benefits: Alan Brown Supervisor RIP-OFF SCAM LIARS THIEVES SCANDLOUS FALSE ADVERTISING Charlotte North Carolina

A rep. by the name of Alan Brown contacted me regarding a federal government grant that was guaranteed to me. All he needed was some info from me so that the funds of $12,500.00 could be deposited into my bank account. Mr. Brown explained to me that there would be a two fees, one of $29.95 and another one of $299.99 for the whole procedure to receiving my gov. grant of $12,500.00. Mr. Brown made it very clear that the two fees, $29.95 and $299.99, would not be coming out of my pocket. When the $12,500.00 is deposited into my account First National Benefits will then withdraw the fees fom my account.

I come to find out from a customer service rep. for First National Benefits, that I was given false information and that I would be responsible for paying the two fees, $29.95 and $299.99, first then they will process a request for a governmenr grant of up to $12,500.00. I then said "My request, your rep. contacted me and said this was a federal gov. grant that was guaranteed me and clearly stated I would not be paying for the fees out of my own pocket but through the funds of the grant!" I asked the rep. if she was aware of working for a company that scams consumers, she then hung up the phone.
